Key Responsibilities

  • SUPPORT THE FULL LIFECYCLE OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS WITH ADVANCED ANALYTICS TO UNCOVER KEY TRENDS AND OPPORTUNITIES.
  • CONDUCT MARKET SIZING, COHORT ANALYSIS, RISK STRATIFICATION, AND KPI MODELLING TO INFORM PRODUCT AND MARKETING STRATEGIES.
  • BUILD AND OPTIMISE AUTOMATED DATA PIPELINES TO IMPROVE REPORTING EFFICIENCY AND DELIVER FASTER INSIGHTS.
  • DEVELOP AND PRESENT INTERACTIVE DASHBOARDS, VISUALISATIONS, AND EXECUTIVE PRESENTATIONS TO COMMUNICATE FINDINGS TO STAKEHOLDERS.
  • PARTNER WITH PRODUCT AND SALES TEAMS TO TRANSLATE ANALYTICAL INSIGHTS INTO SCALABLE, PRODUCTISED SOLUTIONS THAT ALIGN WITH OUR PLATFORM VISION.
  • COLLABORATE WITH REGIONAL ANALYTICS TEAMS TO SHARE BEST PRACTICES IN PREDICTIVE MODELING, MACHINE LEARNING, AND ADVANCED SQL QUERING.
  • MENTOR JUNIOR TEAM MEMBERS TO PROMOTE ANALYTICAL EXCELLENCE AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING.

Necessary Qualifications

  • 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL PATIENT ANALYTICS, COMMERCIAL DATA ANALYTICS, DATA SCIENCE, OR ADVANCED MANIPULATION AND INTERPRETATION OF REAL-WORLD HEALTHCARE DATASETS.
  • PROVEN EXPERTISE IN SQL (ADVANCED JOINS, WINDOW FUNCTIONS, AGGREGATIONS), PYTHON (NUMPY, PANDAS, SCIKIT-LEARN, XGB-BOOST), AND DATA VISUALISATION TOOLS.
  • STRONG BACKGROUND IN HEALTHCARE ANALYTICS USING DATASETS FROM PROVIDERS SUCH AS IQVIA, OPTUM, AND KOMODO.
  • EXPERIENCE WITH PREDICTIVE MODELING, MACHINE LEARNING, RISK STRATIFICATION, AND PRODUCT UPTAKE FORECASTING.
  • SKILLED IN DASHBOARD DEVELOPMENT, STORYTELLING, AND EXECUTIVE-LEVEL PRESENTATIONS.
  • DEGREE IN A QUANTITATIVE DISCIPLINE AND STRONG INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
