Our organization is undergoing a significant digital transformation journey. We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to support this strategic initiative.

This is an entry-level, remote role that requires minimal experience but demands creativity, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technology, AI, and digital content creation. They should be able to create engaging training materials, document solutions, and collaborate with various teams to implement new systems.

The selected individual will work closely with our IT department to troubleshoot and provide technical support when needed. They will also track licenses and costs for digital tools, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications and skills include:

  • A degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms and AI tools.
  • Digital content creation skills, including the ability to create training videos and tutorials.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and a sense of urgency to find practical solutions.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new technologies.
  • Good communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • Self-driven and ambitious, with the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Explore and test new technologies, recommending practical applications for different departments.

  4. Document solutions and share knowledge, helping staff adopt new tools with confidence.

  6. Track and monitor licenses and costs for digital tools, flagging opportunities for efficiency.
  7. Collaborate with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop appropriate training resources.
  8. Provide input into new technology-focused projects as part of our transformation journey.
