Loan Operations Leader

Our team is responsible for end-to-end loan processing across India branches, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive process improvements, deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders, and develop a culture of accountability and continuous learning within the team.
The ideal candidate will have strong PC skills, experience in managing Loan Operations, and an understanding of system applications used for Lending.
Additionally, they should be able to work effectively with stakeholders, manage governance, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
As a leader, this individual will mentor and develop a high-performing loan operations team, ensuring effective workload distribution and performance management.
They will also provide guidance and support to more junior members of the team, assist in training and development, and ensure a high level of job knowledge.
Other key responsibilities include performing reconciliation of daily pending transactions, supporting the Head of Department in achieving departmental KPIs, and maintaining good working knowledge of industry trends and products.
A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in managing Loan Operations is required for this role.
Graduate and/or Post Graduate candidates with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail are highly desirable.
