Senior Loan Operations Specialist

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our loan agency team, providing administrative services as facility agent and security agent on a wide portfolio of deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely billing and chasing revenue clients, while also managing deal-related cash accounts.

As part of the Americas Syndicated Loan Agency team, you will have extensive interaction across the transaction value chain, supporting end-to-end service delivery to clients and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the administration of syndicated loan transactions, including daily liaison with internal and external parties.
  • Reviewing agency and related documentation, following standard Loan Market Association (LMA) templates and writing summary comments.
  • Maintaining internal databases, credit contacts, and external data rooms.
  • Ensuring timely billing and chasing revenue clients.
  • Managing deal-related cash accounts, including project financing.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in loan administration or operations, preferably in investment banking or corporate banking.
  • Good understanding of global financial services industry, fixed income, and debt capital markets.
  • Experience with syndicated loan agency market infrastructure, DebtDomain, Intralinks, Finestra LS2 would be beneficial.
  • Practical understanding of market practice and procedures relating to loan agency administration.
  • Ability to build and manage business relationships, with excellent communication skills.
