About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled PCS/BESS Service Engineer to join our team in North India. This is an exciting opportunity to work on-site with our customers, providing technical support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing product on-site technical support and remote technical support work, as well as managing on-site spare parts and tracking their usage.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the energy storage industry, preferably with PCS and BESS products.

As a PCS/BESS Service Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in North India, ensuring that they receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete product on-site technical support and remote technical support work
  • Manage on-site spare parts and track their usage
  • Maintain on-site customer relationships through regular communication and feedback
  • Leverage your knowledge of power distribution diagrams and user manuals to provide training to customers
  • Comply with departmental rules and report work on time

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency
  • Self-motivated mindset with ability to plan in ambiguous situations
  • Experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with PCS and BESS products
