Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair dental equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of dental systems (such as dental chairs, X-ray machines, autoclaves, imaging software, etc.) and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, calibrate, and commission dental equipment at clinics, hospitals, or laboratories.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs of dental units, X-ray systems, compressors, suction units, autoclaves, and imaging devices.
- Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to end-users.
- Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation as per company standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional service.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) for efficient service delivery.
- Follow company safety protocols and compliance requirements during all activities.

Qualifications:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in servicing dental or medical equipment (preferred).
- Familiarity with brands is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of networking and dental imaging software is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and service manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Additional Requirements:

- Valid driving license.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
