Senior Bioinformatics Scientist

We are seeking an experienced Bioinformatics Specialist to join our team.

About the Opportunity:

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in analyzing high-dimensional omics data, developing scalable solutions, and communicating complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present scientific findings, develop innovative solutions based on biological problem statements and multi-omics data.
  • Apply state-of-the-art statistical methods to derive relevant insights from large datasets.
  • Design and optimize tools, pipelines, and algorithms for data analysis and visualization.
  • Contribute to knowledge graph ideation and deployment, ensuring datasets are AI/ML-ready.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • PhD or Masters in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in processing and analyzing omics data using end-to-end workflows.
  • Proficient in Python or R programming language.
  • Hands-on experience applying computational algorithms and statistical methods to big data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with EHR data integration and spatial omics data analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications and cloud technologies.
