Lead Mechanical Product Designer

About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Lead Mechanical Product Designer to spearhead new product development from conceptualization to prototyping and stabilization for production.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative products with electric value addition and water-based hydraulic requirements.
- Main responsibilities include:
- Familiarity with new product development is essential.
- Able to conduct Value Engineering of products.
- Thorough knowledge of engineering standards like IS, ASTM, ANSI, BS, etc.
- Product integration with various configurations as required by customers.
- Coordinate with the development team at the factory for new product experimentation and modification.
- Resolve QA issues pertaining to new product development.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
Familiarity with new product development.
Mechanical Engineering background.
Required Skills
- Able to conduct Value Engineering of products.
- Thorough knowledge of engineering standards like IS, ASTM, ANSI, BS, etc.
Preferred Skills
- Product integration with various configurations as required by customers.
