Job Description

We are dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in the field of Digital Fulfillment. Our mission is to design and develop cutting-edge solutions that accelerate computing experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and verification of DFT architecture and features
  • Scan insertion and ATPG pattern generation
  • ATPG patterns verification with gate-level simulation
  • Test coverage and test cost reduction analysis
  • Post silicon support to ensure successful bring up and enhance yield learning

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with senior silicon design engineers, possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering is required.


Preferred Experience:
  • DFT design, integration, verification, ATPG and Silicon Debug experience
  • Technical leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Design for Test methodologies and DFT verification experience (eg. IEEE1500, JTAG 1149.x, Scan, memory BIST etc.)
