Seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Security Engineer.The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in endpoint detection and response tools, security information and event management platforms, and cloud security across various platforms. They will serve as a senior escalation point for high-severity alerts and incidents across on-prem, endpoint, and cloud workloads.The successful candidate will perform deep investigations into complex threats such as cloud-native attacks, malware, ransomware, insider threats, and advanced persistent threat campaigns. They will correlate telemetry from EDR, SIEM, CSPM, and threat intel sources to detect sophisticated threats.The candidate will lead major incident response as an incident commander, coordinating SOC, IR, Cloud, and IT teams. They will drive containment, eradication, and recovery for both on-premises and cloud security incidents.The Senior Security Engineer will deliver comprehensive post-incident reports with actionable remediation guidance. They will also lead and participate in blue/red team exercises to improve detection logic and align with MITRE ATT&CK.The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in security engineering. They will have strong hands-on experience with EDR/XDR tools, including CrowdStrike Falcon. The candidate will also have expertise in SIEM, specifically Splunk and/or Google SecOps (Chronicle).The Senior Security Engineer will be skilled in cloud monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP) and incident handling. They will have a proven track record as Incident Commander handling multi-vector incidents. The candidate will have a deep understanding of Windows and Linux internals, proficiency with DLP Tools (MS Defender, Zscaler), and familiarity with CSPM Tools (Wiz, Qualys, AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, GCP SCC).The ideal candidate will have experience with SOAR Platforms (Splunk SOAR, Google Siemplify) and scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or similar for automation.
