We are seeking an experienced automation professional to lead our training program on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and related technologies.

Job Overview

As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering live training sessions that provide hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other related automation technologies. Your role will also involve developing advanced PLC programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Training Sessions: Create and implement effective training plans that meet the needs of our global audience.
  • Develop Advanced PLC Programs: Design and develop complex PLC programs using industry-standard software.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest automation technologies and innovations.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work with our teams in the UK and beyond to ensure seamless, high-quality learning experiences worldwide.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proven expertise in PLC programming using industry-standard software such as Siemens S7, TIA Portal, and Allen Bradley Studio 5000.
    • Solid command of SCADA/HMI systems and related automation technologies.
  • Training and Development Skills:
    • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
    • 3–5 years of experience in the automation industry.
