Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous individual to join our team as a Manual Tester. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality products.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify and document software defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Development.
A successful Manual Tester will be proficient in executing manual testing with precision and attention to detail. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining reusable test scripts to ensure efficient testing processes.
We require a candidate with a minimum of 1 year experience in an SEO agency environment. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge and experience with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
In addition, familiarity with automated testing using Selenium is highly desirable, as well as successful QA involvement throughout the SDLC.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze product requirements to define acceptance criteria and drive quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain reusable test scripts to ensure seamless testing processes.
- Execute manual testing with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to review Test Plans and provide estimates on resources and effort.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools.
- Work closely with engineers to resolve issues in a timely manner and participate as a testing resource during all releases.
- A minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in an SEO agency environment.
- Practical knowledge and experience with both AGILE and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Familiarity with automated testing using Selenium and successful QA involvement throughout the SDLC.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced development driven environment and show flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
