As a senior leader, this role offers the opportunity to oversee end-to-end transitions and lead projects for new process/technology implementation. Based in our Mumbai office, you will collaborate with global stakeholders and cultures, leveraging strong project and process management skills.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute transition/project plans, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely delivery of process performance and success criteria.
  • Provide transparency and visibility to senior leadership on transition/project journeys, highlighting risks/issues/challenges promptly.
  • Foster stakeholder management with both on-shore and off-shore teams throughout various transition stages.
  • Act as a guide and support 'lite' transitions managed within business functions.
  • Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives for GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transition opportunities to create new roles and service offerings for GCC.
  • Take accountability for transactions/projects end-to-end and complete them on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Graduation/post-graduation degree from a reputable institution.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations and other transitions, program management, and change management.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and cultures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
