Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our Data Analytics hiring efforts, supporting business growth and future capabilities.

This role requires a talent acquisition expert with strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire others, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

The ideal candidate will have 12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring, and strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices for data analytics roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs.
Requirements
  • 12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring.
  • Team management experience of at least 4 years is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education

Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field.

Work Environment

Position reports into BL / SBL Human Resources.
