Executive Digital Communications Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain a social media content strategy and calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.

Creative Campaigns:

  • Brainstorm and execute campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Develop compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts that educate, inform, and drive action.

Content Creation & Editing:

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging static posts, reels, and video content across platforms.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand identity and storytelling.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews to foster trust and credibility.
  • Build and engage with a community of homebuyers and investors around projects.

Requirements:

  • Well-versed in industry trends, research-driven, and adaptive to trying different strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress (posting blogs will be part of the role).
  • Strong sense of Instagram engagement, crafting funny, witty, and smart comments to boost organic reach on industry-related posts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (graphic design + video editing).
  • Excellent command of English writing for ads, captions, and blogs.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
