Job Title: Sr Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our team at Atlantis Marketing. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid media campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets and bids for multiple platforms, including Google AdWords and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement effective remarketing and display campaigns in the Google Display Network and third-party platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad copy and targeting, and analyze results to inform campaign optimization.
  • Manage Google Shopping ads and work with Google Merchant Center.
  • Perform traffic analysis in Google Analytics to understand paid digital traffic and other sources.
  • Evaluate budget levels and provide recommendations to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Measure and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs, and plan and deliver digital marketing reviews.
  • Analyze client business goals and translate them into a digital marketing proposal.
  • Set up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads/SEM/PPC).
  • Proven experience as a PPC Specialist.
  • Hands-on experience in content management and excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking with strong math skills.

Working Hours: Weekdays: 10:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Weekends Off. Salary no bar for the right candidate. Kindly send over CVs to hr@atlantis.marketing.
