Product Design Specialist

As a product design specialist, you will be responsible for delivering elegant user experiences for AI-driven interfaces, conversational agents, and prompt-centric workflows. This role involves architecting and designing intuitive user interactions that empower enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end designs for generative AI experiences.
  • Drive user flows, prompt interactions, agentic interfaces, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) modules from low-fidelity sketches to final UI designs.
  • Rapidly prototype and validate user experiences.
  • Design and implement design systems & UI consistency.
  • Develop and maintain component libraries and style systems to ensure predictable, scalable, and pixel-perfect enterprise UX.
  • Conduct design research and testing.
  • Present and communicate design decisions effectively.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5–8 years of dedicated product or interaction design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise-facing products.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including building interactive components, prototyping, auto layout, design systems, and collaborative libraries.
  • Strong visual and interaction design instincts, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX design, user flows, and interfaces.
  • Experience working with generative-AI user experiences, including prompt-based interactions, conversational flows, or agent interfaces.
