We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Performance Campaign Expert to join our marketing team as a Sr. Media Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid social advertising, particularly on Facebook and Instagram, with a proven track record of generating high-quality leads in the real estate sector.
This role is pivotal in driving lead generation, improving ROAS, and supporting sales efforts through strategic media buying, audience targeting, creative optimization, and campaign analytics. If you are data-driven, ROI-focused, and have a deep understanding of real estate buyer behavior, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) focused on real estate lead generation.
- Optimize campaigns for cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct in-depth audience research to identify and segment target groups, including investors and property buyers.
- Create, test, and refine various ad creatives, copy, and formats to improve CTR and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure campaigns are aligned with lead quality and sales objectives.
- Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and minimal wastage.
- Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking for accurate attribution.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, and provide data-backed insights for ongoing optimization.
- Stay updated on Meta Ads algorithm changes, policy updates, and real estate market trends.
- Perform competitor analysis and identify innovative lead generation opportunities.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and experience managing large-scale lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing, creative performance optimization, and dynamic ad formats.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking, and lead attribution models.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and adjust strategy based on CPL, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
- Familiarity with real estate buyer psychology and ability to translate that into compelling ad messaging.
- Proven ability to manage performance marketing budgets efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments (especially sales and creative teams).
- Up-to-date with the latest in Meta Ads best practices, trends, and compliance policies.
- Proactive problem-solver with the agility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic market.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
