Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser to manage store and vendor relations, customer communications, and product merchandising across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have an eye for fashion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure our products are always presented in the most appealing and consistent way.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Store & Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and vendors, ensuring smooth coordination on orders, stock, and payments.
  • Data Management: Update and track all vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory on a daily basis.
  • Website Content Management: Maintain product listings, add/remove ready-to-ship pieces, and ensure an engaging and consistent brand image online.
  • Product Assortment: Collaborate on line sheets, lookbooks, and product assortments in alignment with promotional campaigns.
  • Customer Experience: Manage direct customer interactions through various communication channels, sharing updates and ensuring queries are resolved quickly.
  • Brand Consistency: Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure that product presentation reflects the company aesthetic across all touchpoints.
