We are seeking a diligent Editorial Assistant to join our team in supporting the peer review process. As an Editorial Assistant, you will be accountable for administering efficient procedures using Scholar One Manuscripts TM, researching international experts through PubMed Central and identifying suitable peer reviewers for cutting-edge medical research.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Reviewer Selection Lead and collaborate with a team of highly motivated professionals who share a passion for academic publishing and staying up-to-date with market trends. To excel in this role, you will possess a postgraduate qualification in Education or a related field, demonstrate knowledge of the journal's peer review process, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional responsibilities include utilizing your problem-solving skills to optimize workflows, providing exceptional customer service, and demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing work plans or assignments. You will also require a strong command of English spelling and grammar, as well as experience working in a customer-facing role.
