Supply Chain System Administration Role

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Supply Chain System Administrator to ensure the stability, performance, and availability of our systems.

This role is critical to our operations and requires an individual who can provide proactive system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Serve as the immediate technical contact for all locations that use Supply Chain systems, handling calls and chats and documenting all interactions.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.
  • Manage automation infrastructure for data centers, main distribution centers, and ship hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within Supply Chain systems.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply standardized procedures and best practices to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Escalate and advance issues as necessary to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future problem prevention.
