Immersive AI Model Architect - Advanced Research Engineer

About the Role:

We're seeking a cutting-edge researcher to develop novel AI architectures that leverage multimodal data integration. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to explore pioneering research in Multimodal Large Language Models (m-LLMs) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Innovative m-LLM Architectures:
  • Conduct experiments to test new algorithms, architectures, and fine-tuning techniques for TTS applications and agentic workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in m-LLMs, TTS, and AI agents to inform ongoing projects.
  • Develop State-of-the-Art TTS Systems:
  • Participate in developing, fine-tuning, and evaluating AI models for complex NLP tasks, with a focus on TTS and multimodal integration.
  • Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and deployment in real-world production systems, ensuring seamless interaction between components in agentic workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Learning:
  • Work closely with teams to translate research insights into tangible products that utilize m-LLMs and TTS technologies within agentic workflows.
  • Engage in a culture of learning and innovation, contributing to team knowledge sharing on m-LLMs, TTS, and AI agents.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing an advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience or coursework in large language models, deep learning, NLP, and TTS technologies.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Algorithm Design: Understanding of algorithm design, data structures, and model optimization techniques relevant to m-LLMs and TTS systems.
  • Professional Skills: Ability to develop and deploy machine learning models in practical environments, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Research Experience: Progress toward a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with publications or patents.
  • Pioneering Research Experience: Familiarity with m-LLM frameworks and toolkits.
  • TTS System Experience: Experience with speech synthesis and voice conversion technologies.
  • Agetic Workflows: Familiarity with the integration of AI agents in interactive systems.
  • Distributed Systems: Experience with scalable model deployment in cloud environments.
