About This Role

We're seeking a visionary AI creative specialist to spearhead the development of cutting-edge, AI-driven marketing campaigns. As part of our innovative team, you'll harness the power of data and artificial intelligence to create high-impact ad creatives that drive real results.

This isn't your typical design role – here, creatives are treated as a key performance indicator (KPI). You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to ideate, experiment, and iterate on new concepts, ensuring every image, video, and line of copy is optimized for maximum impact.

Key responsibilities include generating ad creatives using AI tools, adapting visuals for product detail pages, creating email and social media content, and experimenting with new formats and styles. You'll also be responsible for writing hooks, ad copy, and subject lines that resonate with our target audience.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 0–3 years of experience in creative, design, or marketing roles, or a strong portfolio showcasing your AI creative skills. Proven ability to use AI-first tools, copywriting chops, and comfort with basic metrics are essential. Fast learning, scrappy operations, and an obsession with performance are also must-haves.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate ad creatives (static, video, copy) using AI tools
  • Adapt visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages
  • Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement
  • Experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content and UGC-style creatives
  • Write hooks, ad copy, subject lines
  • Monitor CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement rates
Requirements:
  • 0–3 years in creative/design/marketing/content roles OR strong AI creative portfolio
  • Proven ability to use AI-first tools to create image/video/copy assets
  • Copywriting chops: you can write hooks, not just design banners
  • Comfort with basic metrics: CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement rates
  • Fast learner, scrappy operator — prefers shipping 10 variations over polishing 1
  • Obsessed with performance: care less about 'pretty' and more about 'profitable'
