Guidance Professional

We are seeking highly motivated professionals who are passionate about helping students build their careers in healthcare while achieving their own growth targets.

The role involves guiding leads from enquiry & webinar attendance to admission and EMI closure. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, convert attendees into full-course admissions, conduct counselling sessions, explain program benefits, and manage CRM tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective students.
  • Convert webinar attendees & registered leads into full-course admissions.
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students' goals & suggest the right course.
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes & scholarship opportunities clearly.
  • Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules).
  • Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals.
  • Share reminders & follow-up messages on WhatsApp, email & calls.
  • Build trust by explaining career roadmap (earn ₹30K–₹50K/month after certification).
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Sales / Counselling / BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Strong persuasion & objection-handling ability.
  • Comfortable with daily call targets & revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & basic Excel.
  • Passion for education & healthcare sector is a plus.
