About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Leader to join our team at ASSPL - Karnataka. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business and finance teams across countries to ensure effective finance and cost management.
- Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives.
- Establish and maintain operating and business metrics.
- Develop and influence mental models and frameworks which influence investment decision making.
- Deliver and implement an end-to-end goals management process across the business team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of finance technology, forecast & budgeting, or other finance-focused competency experience.
- 10+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
- MBA, or CPA.
- Experience in a leadership position managing finance, accounting and operational processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Should have proven track record of having partnered in building a new org within a large stable company.
- Should have experience making local Vs. central trade-offs.
- Should be adept at managing senior stakeholders in a multi-country set-up.
