Technical Support Engineer Job Opportunity

This role involves providing remote technical assistance and application problem resolution to customers and partners worldwide.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex software issues related to our product suite. You will also engage additional resources when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues with Alvaria products via phone, email, or online channels
  • Document and verify reported problems, using all available tools, resources, and documentation
  • Provide effective communication to customers, peers, and other teams
  • Understand and set issue priority based on urgency and business impact
  • Close issues by providing quick resolutions and document technical analysis and root cause wherever applicable

Requirements:

  • Mandatory hands-on experience in technologies such as Networking, CentOs Linux, Windows OS, and Contact Center Technologies
  • Secondary - Nice to have/Optional Skills: VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/CLU, APIs, SMS, strong customer service, problem-solving, documentation, and teamwork skills
