Job Description

  • The key responsibility of this role is to plan and manage daily cash flows, ensuring timely payments and collections. This involves maintaining accurate bank balance updates and processing vendor invoices.
  • This position requires the ability to track investments, ensure timely redemptions, and minimize return loss. It also involves monitoring working capital utilization across multiple banking relationships.
  • Fund tracking is a critical aspect of this job, with the need to adhere to investment policy and maintain accurate records.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inter-company payments, coordinating debt repayments, and sharing UTRs for confirmation.
  • They will also oversee all banking operations, including bank account opening and closing, KYC document updates, and form modifications.
  • Effective communication and coordination with departments are essential to complete daily tasks and identify opportunities for automating treasury processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily cash flow planning and management, including bank balance updates, payments, and collections.
  • Investment management, ensuring timely investments and mutual fund redemptions to minimize return loss.
  • Fund tracking with current invested amount, value, and returns, adhering to investment policy.
  • Vendor invoice processing, maintaining accurate records of treasury-related invoices and timely payments.
  • Managing inter-company payments.
  • Monitoring working capital utilization across multiple banking relationships.
  • Loan processing fee payments and invoice tracking.
  • Timely debt repayments, coordinating with lenders, and sharing UTRs for confirmation.
  • TDS-related queries with lenders regarding debt payments.
  • Sharing treasury expenses provision booking details and other required information with the finance team.
  • Bank account opening and closing, KYC document updates, and form modifications.
  • Overseeing all banking operations.
  • Coordinating with departments to complete daily tasks.
  • Identifying opportunities for automating treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external requirements related to treasury banking operations.
