Manufacturing Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in manufacturing environments. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
