Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in
Greater Noida
for a Manager - Accounts and Finance. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and dat to day accounting functions. This includes preparing financial statements, managing audits, ensuring tax compliance, and monitoring financial performance.
Balance Sheet Finalization
is the major requirement. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to support overall business strategy and objectives. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, improving financial processes, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Accounting
  • Experience with Auditing and Tax Compliance
  • Strong Analytical and Financial Reporting skills
  • Ability to Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams and Support Business Strategy
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems and Financial Software
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a professional accounting qualification CA with min 5 years of experience or PG with at least 8 years experience.
  • Experience for multi branch and manufacturing company is must and experience in the renewable energy industry is advantageous
