Job Title: Senior Red Hat OpenShift Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and manage scalable Red Hat OpenShift environments.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks and deployments using tools like Ansible and Jenkins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve platform-related issues and ensure high availability of OCP clusters.
  • Implement security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards by performing regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Provide L3 support for incidents and problems related to OpenShift, including troubleshooting complex issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of OCP clusters by implementing best practices for resource allocation and management.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
  • 3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python or PowerShell.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana or similar.
