We are seeking a highly skilled Greenplum database administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Greenplum cluster.

As a Greenplum database administrator, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and tools, including Greenplum command center and workload management.

  • Maintain and administer the Greenplum database cluster, ensuring optimal performance and availability.">
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures for managing the Greenplum infrastructure, file system management, log files, and monitoring.">
  • Collaborate with other teams to apply updates, patches, version upgrades as required.">
  • Monitor data distribution to identify data skew, also monitor vacuum and analyze needed on objects.">
  • Manage segments, recover segments during segment crash.">
  • Manage GP backup and restore.">
