We are seeking a seasoned SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) professional to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of our SAP solutions. This role entails leading project teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Configure and customize SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders).
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and financial process improvements.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Mentor junior consultants and oversee project delivery.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and project progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong hands-on configuration skills in SAP FI and CO modules.
  • Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing SAP FICO projects and teams.
