Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM Professional to lead our team in implementing and optimizing Enterprise Performance Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and configure EPM Cloud modules to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand planning, reconciliation, and consolidation needs
  • Translate business objectives into technical solutions and configurations
  • Develop and maintain data integrations, reports, and automation workflows
  • Provide expert-level insights during project scoping, testing, training, and go-live support
Requirements
  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations in any two of EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS
  • Strong understanding of financial processes (planning, close, reconciliation)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in additional EPM tools and integrations (e.g., Data Management, EPM Automate)
  • Familiarity with enterprise data management and tax reporting concepts
