We are seeking an expert to spearhead Oracle EPM solutions with in-depth knowledge of requirements gathering and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Management: Translate business needs into technical specifications through meticulous requirement gathering and analysis.
  • Oracle EPM Implementation: Lead the implementation of End-to-End Projects, covering solution designing, creation, testing, configuration, and data integration.
  • Configuration Expertise: Configure various attributes in Oracle EPM, including Segment, Process, Risk Rating, Frequency, Account Type, and Aging Profiles.
  • Reconciliation Expertise: Work extensively on Account Reconciliations Formats and Profiles, demonstrating sound knowledge of Transaction Matching and Reconciliation Compliance.
  • Data Integration: Possess extensive knowledge in EPM Data Integration/Data Management, encompassing creating Integrations, locations, and data loads.
  • Automation: Implement automation for data load, backup, etc., using REST API and EPM Automate (batch scripting in Windows).
  • Solution Design: Understand data flow in data warehouses and design solutions based on business requirements.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and project timelines.
  • Communication: Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Experience in implementing at least 2 End-to-End Projects, covering designing, creating solutions, testing, configuration, and data integration.
  • Proficiency in configuring various attributes in Oracle EPM.
  • Experience in working on Account Reconciliations Formats and Profiles.
  • Sound knowledge on Transaction Matching and Reconciliation Compliance.
  • Sound knowledge in EPM Data Integration/Data Management.
  • Sound knowledge on automation for data load, backup, etc.
  • Ability to understand data flow in data warehouses.
Mandatory Skills
  • Experience in implementation or production support projects with Oracle EPM.
  • Strong communication skills.
