We are seeking a skilled Java Question Creator to design and develop conceptual and coding-based questions for assessments and learning modules. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating both theoretical MCQs and hands-on coding challenges that test real-world Java skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Theory Questions: Create high-quality theory questions (MCQs, short answers, scenario-based) that align with industry standards.
  • Design Coding Problems: Develop coding problems with clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases that assess practical Java skills.
  • Categorize Questions: Categorize questions into difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard) to ensure a balanced assessment experience.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our team to align with assessment requirements and ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
  • Good Understanding: Have a good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and practical use cases is highly desirable.
  • Content Creation: Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content that engages learners.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or preparing coding challenges is an added advantage.
