Pharmaceutical Recruitment Specialist

The purpose of this role is to source, attract and select talented individuals to fill key positions within the Pharmaceutical industry.

• Recruitment Cycle Management: End-to-end management of the recruitment cycle from requirement identification to candidate onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sources such as job portals, internal databases, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and domain knowledge.
• Network Building: Develop and sustain a network of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.
• Compensation Negotiation: Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates.
• Candidate Placement: Facilitate the placement of candidates in open job requirements.
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly performance targets.
