Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple civil engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, conducting thorough risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Track project progress, monitoring cash flow analysis and S-curve analysis to optimize resource utilization.
  • Cordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and government agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Manage tender and estimation processes, ensuring accurate budgets and timelines.
  • Contract management, overseeing contract negotiations and implementation to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Resource management, including personnel and materials procurement, budgeting, and estimation works.
  • Management information system preparations, providing critical insights for informed decision-making.
  • Work break-down structure of project charter, establishing clear goals and objectives.
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP, ERP, and FIDIC principles.

  • Proven experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
