The role of Country Head for India is pivotal in driving business development efforts and facilitating the energy transition through innovative, finance-focused approaches.

The successful candidate will leverage our established network of international financial institutions, along with personal local financial connections, to develop, structure, and close financial transactions for our current and upcoming energy transition projects in India.

As a seasoned professional, you will bring a minimum 8-10 years of experience in climate, energy transition, finance, and business development. Your exceptional communication skills and strong connections within the Indian power and/or finance community will be invaluable.

A deep understanding of India's electricity, capital, and financial markets is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage our established network of international financial institutions, along with personal local financial connections, to develop, structure, and close financial transactions for our current and upcoming energy transition projects in India.
  • Collaborate closely with our leadership to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects.
  • Effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, other consultants, key industry players, and regulatory bodies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in climate, energy transition, finance, and business development.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong connections within the Indian power and/or finance community.
  • Deep understanding of India's electricity, capital, and financial markets.
