Automation and Workplace Orchestration Manager

Job Description
  • Develop end-to-end automation solutions and workplace orchestration to enhance employee experience.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to translate business problems into technical solutions.
  • Explore modern workplace trends and apply them within our enterprise context.
  • Design and build automation workflows using the Power Platform.
  • Develop and support AI-driven solutions to boost productivity and surface insights.
  • Conduct use case discovery and assessment.
  • Implement intelligent orchestration across workplace systems.
  • Integrate and automate cross-system workflows.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Enable adoption via documentation, training, and change support.
  • Explore and prototype emerging workplace technologies and new use cases.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and custom apps using Power Apps.
  • Build interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and deploy AI-based agents for productivity and insights.
  • Integrate AI models into enterprise workflows for enhanced decision-making and automation.
  • Implement intelligent orchestration to connect different workplace systems for a unified employee experience.
  • Identify and assess new use cases within our environment.
  • Leverage APIs, connectors, and automation scripts to integrate workflows.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards in solution design.
  • Create technical documentation and knowledge articles to drive solution usage.
  • Support change management efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Workplace or Automation/AI Solutions development.
  • Proven track record of building automation solutions and workplace orchestration in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint management, collaboration tools, automation/orchestration, and security compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Knowledge of listed core technical skillset or technology domains including automation, AI, monitoring, AI/assistive technologies, scripting and automation framework, observability & analytics, cloud & infrastructure, and service management & tooling.
