Aviation Operations Manager Role Summary:

Leading a team of professionals, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Airport Operation Control Centre (AOCC). This pivotal role ensures seamless airport operations, prioritizing quality, efficiency, and punctuality. The ideal candidate will synchronize processes, manage resources, and implement management-approved Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and punctuality.
  • Manage AOCC stakeholders' performance, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with airport partners to ensure smooth process execution and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
  • Ensure high-quality data input into the airport operational database for accurate passenger information and billing.
  • Implement regular audits of basic data in AOS systems and develop process improvements through PCM.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including presenting daily management reports and promoting the AOCC concept to new partners and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the AOCC.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational excellence.

• Foster strong relationships with airport partners to ensure efficient collaboration.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the airport operational database.

• Regularly audit basic data in AOS systems and implement process improvements.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including presenting daily management reports and promoting the AOCC concept.

• Coordinate and synchronize all processes and sub-processes at the airport.
