Airport Operations Professional

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Airport Operations Professional (Customer Service Associate) located in Visakhapatnam, India.

The position involves assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding. The CSA will also provide information about flight schedules, delays, and airport services, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage passenger inquiries and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, knowledge of airline operations and procedures, proficient in handling passenger data and managing check-in systems, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, effective communication skills in English and local languages, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress efficiently, flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, basic IT and computer skills

Experience: Prior experience in airport operations or customer service is a plus.
