Job Title: Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping

The role of a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping is to ensure guest satisfaction by executing assigned activities and adhering to established duties. This position involves maintaining a professional appearance, assisting guests with seating, and managing table arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to the rules and regulations of the establishment.
2. Follow the mission statement of the hotel.
3. Maintain a professional appearance in line with established standards.
4. Assist guests in finding appropriate seating as per standards.
5. Set up tables to accommodate the correct number of guests.
6. Take and serve orders according to established standards.
7. Follow standards for assembling and picking up food orders.
8. Ensure tables are clean and tidy after the main course.
9. Execute all serving activities within prescribed time limits.
10. Meet guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
11. Ensure and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
