The CFO will collaborate with our executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: The CFO will manage our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing. They will ensure that our financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet our business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations and standards.

Audit: The CFO will drive internal audit, stock audit, and retail process audit teams to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Information Technology Management: The CFO will develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals. They will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.
Supply Chain Management: The CFO will develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. They will oversee daily supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, vendor selection, and distribution of finished goods.
Leadership: The CFO will direct the finance, IT, audit, and supply chain teams and ensure their ongoing professional development and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- CA or MBA Finance with 15-20 years of post-qualification experience.
- Extensive experience in senior financial managerial roles with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
- Experience handling more than finance function will be an added advantage.
