Web3 Social Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled Web3 Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies aligned with our agency's goals and objectives.

This includes creating content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and assisting our design lead with client design briefs. You will also be responsible for managing social media campaigns end-to-end (planning, execution, and analysis), staying on top of trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the agency's goals and objectives.
  • Client-side Content Management: Edit, cross-check facts, and deliver final work.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
  • Social Media Campaign Management: Manage social media campaigns end-to-end (planning, execution, and analysis).
  • Research: Identify and fill content gaps, keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Adaptability: Switch between different brand voices and tones while maintaining authenticity.
  • Research Skill: Verify facts and find interesting angles for your threads.
