Job Title: Team Leader

A pivotal position within our organization, responsible for guiding and overseeing a team of Digital Banking Champions and Team Leaders within the assigned area.

This role demands exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on implementing regional strategies to boost digital banking adoption. Develop actionable plans to enhance customer engagement with the bank's digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional Strategy Implementation
  • Design and implement comprehensive regional strategies in alignment with national business goals. Foster innovation and drive progress towards increasing customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and manage a team of Digital Banking Champions and Team Leaders, providing mentorship and performance oversight to drive results.
  • Customer Onboarding & Engagement
  • Oversee initiatives to onboard new and existing customers onto digital platforms (mobile banking, internet banking, UPI, etc.). Analyze progress and implement improvements to elevate user experience.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure their achievement through continuous tracking. Identify areas of underperformance and develop targeted solutions.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital initiatives. Promote cross-functional collaboration to support regional objectives.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and facilitate regular capacity-building initiatives to equip team members with the necessary skills to promote digital adoption.
  • Customer-Centric Approach
  • Evaluate all digital initiatives through a customer-centric lens, gathering feedback to inform service quality enhancements.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate periodic reports on digital adoption metrics, trends, and success stories. Utilize data insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
