OT System Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned engineer to manage and support control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and SCADA platforms.

The role involves system troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, diagnostics, and coordination with OEMs and IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of the system.

  • Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms. Strong background in Allen Bradley required.
  • Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.

Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA system migration. Design, configure, and develop HMI SCADA applications.

Technical Support: Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects. Offer ongoing support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC SCADA systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PLC languages: Ladder logic, FBD, STL, structured text.
  • Communication Protocol: PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DNP3, Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP, and Ethernet/IP.
  • OPC, Kepware Configuration.
  • Knowledge on Database, VB Scripting.
