Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with business acumen? As a Sr. Operations Executive – GRC, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and compliance of our ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Administration: Administer and configure ServiceNow platform including GRC modules to ensure seamless functionality.
  • DevOps Activities: Perform code deployments across environments, develop and implement fixes for production defects, and monitor integrations with external systems.
  • Incident Resolution: Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
  • User Management: Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability to ensure efficient access control.
  • Compliance Support: Support audits and compliance reporting to maintain regulatory standards.
  • Platform Upgrades: Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches to maintain version compatibility.
  • Operational Efficiency: Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks for knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience with a strong understanding of GRC modules.
  • GRC Certifications: Hold certifications in ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, and GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes, as well as strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management principles.
