Job Title: Identity and Access Engineer

Simplifying technology requires dedicated professionals to manage access controls, monitor activities, and maintain robust identity platforms.

  • This role is responsible for administering Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and implementing RBAC policies across systems.

The successful candidate will possess experience with Active Directory, AD, and Microsoft Entra ID. Understanding of identity reporting, analytics, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management is also necessary.

  • Strong knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust, is required.

Additional skills such as scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, Azure IAM features, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, AWS IAM, cloud identity integrations, and Azure DLP (Purview) are desirable but not essential.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to designing and improving identity infrastructure, supporting audits and compliance efforts, and collaborating on onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning.

Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and standards. Identify and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations.
