Job Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of e-learning content projects across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage e-learning content projects from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Prepare project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client interactions and ensure transparent communication.
  • Develop project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee key project metrics and ensure no deviations from planned scope.
  • Monitor and manage project costs.
  • Closely coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
  • Review deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide strategic and technical inputs to meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct team appraisals and identify training needs.
  • Prepare MIS reports for senior management.
  • Share project learnings and best practices through knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude.
