Demand for skilled Appointment Setters is on the rise, and we're looking to expand our team with a motivated individual who can excel in this role.
We're seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as an Appointment Setter & Closer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to business owners, booking qualified appointments, and helping close deals.
The successful appointee will possess strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and a proven track record of success in appointment setting, sales, or customer outreach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Booking qualified appointments with business owners
- Closing deals and driving revenue growth
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy on calls
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:
- $150–$200 per client close
- Performance-based bonuses

To be considered for this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer outreach (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and confidence on calls
- Steady, reliable, and committed to long-term growth
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous
